Community Education
Community education has always been a key component to our community relations strategy and a means of promoting our hospital and the services we offer. Providing information on current health concerns has never been more important. During these trying times, so many people have been unable to see their physician and address their medical concerns.
Virtual Lectures:
Due to the current health situation with COVID-19, we are now offering virtual lectures/events using the Zoom platform to help bring health education to our community without putting them at risk. With the help of this technology, anyone with a computer and internet connection will be able to log-on and learn about a particular topic as well as ask questions to the speaker.
Opportunity to Speak
This is an excellent opportunity for you to provide community education to a wide spectrum of people. The marketing department will help you with the setup of your event. We will assist with the technology so all you have to do is deliver the information and answer questions. The talks will be scheduled for one hour, comprised of a 30-minute presentation on a specific topic of your choice and 30 minutes for questions and answers.
